Torta chilena

Torta chilena is a cake that has layers of a sugar cookie and dulce de leche, and a meringue topping. It is a very famous dessert for its flavor and texture.  The sugar cookie is very sweet and hard to chew. The dulce de leche has a very creamy texture and its flavor is very, very sweet. This part alone is too sweet so they finish this dessert with a sour and sweet topping. The meringue is made with citrus and sugar and the texture is very soft.

Personally, I don't like the meringue so I take it out, but the problem is that it is very sweet and I get sick of the sweetness. But I still love it and I think it is an amazing cake for everyone to try.
