When I was little, they used to sell a box full of mini eclairs. My family used to buy them and they would put them in the freezer. When I ate them it felt like a donut filled with ice cream and chocolate on top. I really recommend you to try this because it is really worth it.

I don't have a recipe right now but I will keep looking for one. The easiest part is the filling because it is like making a frosting.

I really recommend you to try the coffee eclair from Chez Christophe. The outer part is so soft and has such a good flavor. While the inside is bitter and very creamy. The chocolate on top is sweet so that the three flavors will have balance and taste good.
