lava cake
Lava cake is probably one of the most amazing desserts I have ever tried. It is like a normal chocolate  cake but inside it has a melted chocolate sauce. In the majority of times it is served with vanilla ice cream.  I love the mixture between the hot cake and the cold ice cream, because both heaths can be felt and they differentiate from each other. I also love that it is so sweet that if you eat one you feel like you can't eat more, because a lot of desserts don't satisfy me.

This cake is a little bit hard to do because I have tried a lot of recipes but none of them seem to work. One tasted like egg, the other one didn't have the chocolate sauce inside, and the last one tasted like flour. I think that I haven't been lucky with the recipes, but everyone should try to make one because it is very tasty.
