Cheesecake

Cheesecake is a very common dessert. It has a cookie base and inside it has a cheese mixture. I feel that this dessert is a little heavy but it has an amazing flavor. I love that you can change its flavor by putting your favorite jam on top. My favorite is strawberry because the really match in flavors.

I have never tried to make one on my own because I'm not very good at baking. The only desserts that I cook are the ones that dont include heat because somehow I always burn myself.
